The history of the ARDIN Ltd
The ARDIN Ltd. is the determining participant of the scale market in Hungary.
 Under the name FLINTAB Ltd. we were a member company of the international scale manufacturers’ network FLINTAB in Swedish possession till 1999. The introduction of the precision Shear Beam Load Cell FLINTEC made possible a lot of new innovative solutions among the hardest industrial circumstances.Thanks to the application of up-to-day information systems and engineering skills, to our properly formulated business policy and the more and more increasing number of our customers, we can pursue our activity since the celebration of the Millennium in 2000 in our new office building satisfying all our needs.  As a result of a continuous developing work, we could introduce a family of dynamic railcar and truck scales, which was independent of the type of the selected scale body, and which makes possible the transformation of the new or old static scale of any manufacturer into a dynamic scale weighing in motion. The dynamic scale system of ARDIN maintains the possibility of static weighing, thereby ensuring to check the results of the dynamic weighing anytime.The high precision dynamic scales weigh automatically (AWI) pulled or pushed trains with solid or liquid load passing with a speed of 0 – 20 km/h from both direction. The high weighing speed scales (HSWIM) built into the open track, being about to be introduced, make possible the qualification of railcars and trains from the aspects of traffic technology without disturbing the traffic.  For the wish of our customers, we have established our accredited calibration laboratory and we undertake to check and calibrate the scales belonging to our special field.We supplement our scale systems with integrated traffic and process controlling systems, built on the most modern base of tools. Having acquired favourable experiences as users, we undertook to put into circulation the industrial automation elements TOPSCCC in 2005, and we have established on our park of servers our OpenVPN network in 2006, in the frame of which we can provide an automatic on-line remote supervision during 24 hours to our scale systems working at our customers on any location of the world.  A more and more increasing number of our customers enjoy now the advantages of the provisions of the ARDIN systems embedded into the integrated information systems of large enterprises.In close relation with the technical development, we undertake also in the future the modernisation and the upgrading of our former products to the highest actual technical level.

The ARDIN Ltd. is a typical designing, manufacturing, executing and servicing firm. It manufactures and turns over its self-developed products. To the execution of ready designs, we provide consultation.
 The manufacturing is characterised by small and medium size product range, and the products are characterised by solving unique engineering tasks, which mean technical challenge, and satisfying the special needs of the customers.The ARDIN Ltd. is a modern organised company with a small staff including high-trained engineer colleagues, and has its own steel structure, prefabricated reinforced concrete elements manufacturing, own software and hardware producing capacity, up-to-date information and communication infrastructure. Our industrial systems are characterised by the application of the most modern computer aided design principles. The ARDIN Ltd., beyond applying the most modern technology and selection of elements, guarantees the continuous introduction of the newest technical achievements into the products and also guarantees the upgrading of the already working systems.  The technical level of the ARDIN products is characterised by high accuracy and reliability even among the hardest open-air operation conditions. We supervise our establishments by structured optical or Internet network with TCP/IP connection through our OpenVPN network (RAS). We ensure the quality of our products by operating the quality assurance system MSZ EN ISO 9001 corresponding to international standards.A common feature of the ARDIN scales is a load bearer of simple steel structure or of prefabricated concrete, which loads the load-cell selected by the customer directly without transmission.  We transport the ARDIN scales, including also the largest weighing capacity railcar and truck scales, completely assembled and tested to the site, and we install them during few hours, without concreting, directly on the prepared gravel bed.We visualise on the user handling surface of our programs GUI and WEB the technological processes, the prints belonging to the entire electronic procedure, bills of weight according to the WYSIWYG principle (getting what is seen).  Our software developing engineers prepare program systems that are self-contained or built into the enterprise managing system according to the needs of the costumer.Our accredited laboratory tests the scales and our own hardware products corresponding to the standard MSZ EN ISO 17025. The ARDIN Ltd. is the determining participant of the Hungarian scale market since 1990. Till 1999, as a member of the international network of scale manufacturers headed by the Swedish FLINTAB, afterwards in a self-contained way it develops, manufactures, installs and takes care of electronic railcar, motor truck and industrial scale systems, prepares unique integrated process controlling systems.
For the time being, we participate in the innovative investments of our customers with axle load scales, static and dynamic vehicle scales of legal for trade accuracy, the most up-to-date main line high speed dynamic vehicle scale systems, the selection of the most modern process controlling module sets, the creative solutions of our developing engineers and with our unique integrated program packages.
